Day 2 - Saturday in Nusa Dua - At Hotel

Started the day with breakfast in the hotel restaurant - a sumptuous buffet with both international breakfasts and Balinese / Indonesian specialties. Enjoyed the morning at the pool. 
At 2 pm, we took the shuttle bus to Nusa Dua Beach where the Marriott has a Beach Club, with loungers, umbrellas and a small bar where you can have both a drink and a meal.

We walked from there to Bali Collection - a mall - where we walked around and looked at the shops. Enjoyed an iced coffee at Starbucks. 
In the supermarket we looked at goods and prices, but quickly agreed that with the high price level we would have no trouble even cooking - it only turned into a packet of cookies for the coffee / tea that we have from home. We had read that prices have gone up to a very high level so we were prepared. It took 10 minutes to walk to our hotel - an hour by the pool before we got a gin & tonic and went to the restaurant where we got Chicken Katsu Curry with Japanese rice. It tasted great.
